  I didn't have a problem with my purchase. I went back after trading my wife's highlander in on another vehicle to get my gap insurance cancelled and it was a different story. The finance manager acted like I was an inconvenience. Took a personal call on his cell phone, threw my paper work across the desk at me not once but 3 times and then didn't file to get my refund. Tells me it'll be 30 days and call to check on it today and find out from another person it didn't get done. Said he did a quote. Why do I need a quote when I don't own that vehicle? It ain't rocket science. So he lied to my face. Way to go. It shouldn't matter what business I have with you I deserve respect. I show respect and should get it in return. I won't be back thanks to your finance manager or whatever he calls his self. And I won't buy a vehicle from any dealership he is employed at.
